Who I am 

 

I'm Emma an independent employee benefits consultant, working with values led organisations both in the UK and internationally.

 

I've spent over two decades helping organisations of every size – from 2-person startups to global companies like Apple – build benefits packages that are competitive, cost-effective, and genuinely valued by the people using them.

 

My approach isn't about spending more. It's about spending smarter. I find savings, cut what isn't working, and reinvest where it matters. Most clients end up with better benefits for the same budget – or less.
